10 laps - Front, back stroke and breathing
I should have rested today but I still wanted to do something light:
- Day 5 of push-up challenge = 10
- Power Cleans 80% x 3x5 - 75lbs (not 80%)
- Did a couple of skin-the-cats as a demonstration
- Muscle-ups from 20" box
- Inverted Burpees - Yay, inverted burpees!!
