My return...

It sure was a lot of fun swinging a sledgehammer. Used my Vibrams for the first time that day. They are pretty awesome. My toes felt numb but it could have been because they were cold. Can't wait to wear them again.
Monday, March 15:
  • We started with the met-con first this time:

It was my second workout since I took a little time off so I decided to take it easy. I didn't do all 10 clapping push-ups but I tried to do as many as I could.
