Central Canada Sectional WOD #3

5 rounds for time:
  • 5 Power Cleans - 85lbs
  • 10 Burpees
  • 200m Run

That was a pretty fun workout.  I didn't take no more than 3 breaths between reps.  I usually take a good 5 to 10 second rest when I feel I can't go anymore.  I am really proud of myself for this one.  My cardio felt pretty good except when I finished, I felt my lungs burning.  Probably from the first outdoor run of the year.
