"1/2 Angie"

I did this WOD back in January.  CFR has "Angie" as the WOD but I wanted to compare times and it's day four...
  • 50 Pull-ups
  • 50 Push-ups
  • 50 Sit-ups
  • 50 Squats

I beat my old time by 15 seconds.  The pull-ups slowed me down the most.  The push-ups I did in sets of 5 and that seemed to work the best.
