"Pieces of Grace"

5 rounds for time:
  • 15 Deadlifts - 65lbs
  • 12 Hang Power Cleans
  • 9 Front Squats
  • 6 Push Jerks
16:56 Good ol' dotcom WODs...suck. This was a good one though. Then I got some kick ass videos of strict muscle-ups. I attempted a kipping muscle-up...no dice.
