How I dislike you. Not one of my favourites but it's a great way to get some cardio when there's snow and it's cold outside.
Went into CFR at 10:30 this morning. I haven't made it to a session at that time for a quite a while and I got to work out with Robin and Nolan. Good times. Well, except for the row.
The WOD was broken up into four parts:
1) 1K row - 4:26.4 PR!
2) 'Death by Pull-ups' or 'Pull-ups on the Minute'
1 pull-up on the first minute, 2 on second, 3 on third and so on...
10 rounds * (Robin and I stopped at 10 rounds as we did not want to rip.)
3) Strict Push-up Burpees - 3x10 sets unbroken with 120 second rest
Check!
4) Accumulate 4 minutes of bottom squat
Check!
Hua!
