"The Great Divide"
For time:
- 2K Run
- 50 Push-up Burpees (No sprawling. Robin wanted a 6 count burpee)
- 100 Double-unders
5 rounds of:
- 20 Double-unders
- 5 Push-up Burpees
- 200m Run
- 5 Push-up Burpees
- 200m Run
The first three rounds, my double-unders were 3-2-3-2 and so on. Not by choice. In the fourth round, I told myself who cares if it takes you a while, just get them done. I relax and did that ever make a difference. I was able to string together 15. I'm pretty sure that was the first time ever during a workout AND with a speed rope. Felt great.
Feels great to be back. Exercise really does help your mood. :)
I helped Paul with the Saturday workouts. They are all going to be good. That is, if Aaron gives the okay. :)
I totally agree with your DU comment. One of the best coaching tips Chris ever gave me was to "just relax" as I was struggling with DU's.
