10 rounds + 5 deadlifts + 8 push-ups
I was able to do the other exercises unbroken except for the last two rounds of deadlifts. The push-ups were a big challenge for me. I did 7 in the first round but after that I couldn't do anymore than 5. I probably would have been able to do the rx'd weight. I wasn't sure how 185lb deadlifts were going to feel like after taking two weeks off. I don't remember the last time I did heavy deadlifts.
